HOW OFTEN DO WE VISIT?
We offer regular scheduled cleans of 4 weekly, 8 weekly or 12 weekly.
We work in most weather conditions, we do this so we can be a regular service to you. If weather is exceptionally bad then we will move your clean to the next working day.
TURNING US AWAY
You will receive an automated SMS the day before your clean. This is an automated message to which correlates to our workers set work sheets. This is too late to be cancelled or changed. If you are going on holiday, building works or any other reasons to suspend the service for that specific clean you will need to provide us at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you wish to cancel your services with us we will require at least 48 hours’ notice. Please forward any cancellations to 07710 257565 or firstname.lastname@example.org . Please leave your Name, Number, Full address and a reason for cancellation.
Cancelling your GoCardless subscription with your bank does not automatically mean you have cancelled our services.

Include your name, full address and reason for complaint. We always try to provide you with the best services possible, however if for any reason you do feel there is a complaint please forward to the above.
All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms and conditions of the data protection act.
All payments are to be made in full within 7 days of your clean. If payment is not received within 14 days you will receive a reminder if after 60 days debt persists then we will pass your debt over to an agency to collect on our behalf, this could incur additional fees.
